on IYM'S MIND: Trust

Trust will go two ways, still all in same line. Trust can be strong. Trust can collapse easy. Yeah, back to respect. One wrong move all that it takes to become like an Inception dream.

on IYM's MIND: Brisk

Brisk is an iced tea soda drink, produced by Lipton in conjunction with Pepsi. Brisk is available in a number of flavors such as lemon, mint, peach, raspberry, and Original Ice Tea, as well as diet. Lemon, Raspberry, and Original are by far the most common and highest sale rate, with the other flavors being scarce and at times hard to find.
Although Brisk is marketed as an Iced Tea beverage, there is actually less than 1% tea in Brisk. In truth Brisk is an artificially flavored soda, which is very high in sugar.

on IYM's MIND: Die Antwoord

NINJA'S name used to be Waddy Jones. One day Waddy Jones did something really fokken stupid.
Like a total fokken doos, Waddy dressed in full military camouflage and took a djembe drum and a big sack of weed with him to a Legalize Marajuana protest outside the steps of parliament in Cape Town. Waddy arrived at the Legalize Marajuana protest early to get a good seat. The police had even made a nice little fence around the area where all the irie protestors could sit. Waddy was rolling himself a lekker duk zol as the other irie protestors slowly started pulling into the little fenced area to make their protest.

About 20 irie protestors pitched up including the organizer of the protest who had even brought along a big weed plant to give to Nelson Mandela as a present. Then all-of-a-sudden 5 big armour-plated Caspers pulled in filled with about 100 fokken cops who arrested Waddy Jones and all the other irie protestors sitting inside the little fence. When Waddy got out of jail, he changed his name to NINJA and suddenly got much better at rapping.

on IYM's MIND: Taurine

Taurine is named after the Latin Taurus which means bull or ox, as it was first isolated from ox bile.

Urban legends suggest that taurine is extracted from the semen and/or urine of bulls. While it is true that taurine is found in these sources, nearly all commercially available taurine is chemically synthesized.

A study of mice hereditarily unable to transport taurine suggests that it is needed for proper maintenance and functioning of skeletal muscles. In addition, it has been shown to be effective in removing fatty liver deposits in rats, preventing liver disease, and reducing cirrhosis in tested animals. There is also evidence that taurine is beneficial for adult human blood pressure and possibly, the alleviation of other cardiovascular ailments (in humans suffering essential hypertension, taurine supplementation resulted in measurable decreases in blood pressure).

Aaron McGruder (right) is an American ultra-leftist cartoonist best known for writing and drawing The Boondocks.
The Boondocks is a social satire of American culture and race relations revolving around the lives of the Freeman family: ten-year-old Huey, his younger brother, eight-year-old Riley, and their grandfather, Robert.

Huey named after Huey P. Newton (left). Huey Percy Newton was co-founder and leader of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense, an African-American organization established to promote Black Power, civil rights and self-defense.

Huey Percy Newton was named after Huey Long (right bottom). Huey Long nicknamed The Kingfish, served as the 40th Governor of Louisiana from 1928 to 1932 and as a U.S. senator from 1932 to 1935. Long created the Share Our Wealth program in 1934, with the motto "Every Man a King," proposing new wealth redistribution measures in the form of a net asset tax on corporations and individuals to curb the poverty and crime resulting from the Great Depression.

on IYM's MIND: Schlitz

Schlitz was hired as a bookkeeper in a tavern brewery owned by August Krug. In 1856, he took over management of the brewery following the death of Krug. Two years after Schlitz married Krug's widow, he changed the name of the brewery to the Jos. Schlitz Brewing Co.

Schlitz felt his dream of quality beer for the people was more important than immediate financial gain.

Schlitz died May 7, 1875, when on a return visit to Germany; his ship hit a rock near Land's End, Cornwall, and sank.

The once strong Schlitz brand was relegated to cheap beer status and became increasingly difficult to find in bars and restaurants, especially after the draft version was discontinued in 2001.

on IYM's MIND: Styrofoam

In 1941, researchers in Dow's Chemical Physics Lab found a way to make foamed polystyrene. Led by Ray McIntire, they had "rediscovered" a method first discovered by Swedish inventor Carl Georg Munters.
Polystyrene (IUPAC Poly(1-phenylethane-1,2-diyl)), abbreviated following ISO Standard PS, is an aromatic polymer made from the aromatic monomer styrene, a liquid hydrocarbonpetroleum by the chemical industry. Polystyrene is one of the most widely used kinds of plastic.

on IYM's MIND: Shooting Range

A shooting range or firing range is a specialized facility designed for firearms practice. Each facility is typically overseen by one or more supervisory personnel, called variously a range master in the United States or a range conducting officer or "RCO" in the UK. These supervisory personnel are responsible for ensuring that all gun safety rules are followed at all times.

Shooting ranges can be indoor or outdoor and possibly restricted to certain types of firearms, e.g. handguns only or rifles, or they can specialize in certain shooting sports such Skeet shooting or 10 m Air Pistol/Rifle.

on IYM's MIND: FIFA World Cup

on IYM's MIND: Beezid.com

Beezid is a whole new way to get the deals on product. Beezid offers a thrilling spin on auction shopping by offering Penny auctions.

From WikiAnswers "is Beezid lagit?":
Its not a scam. They make a ton of money off of you in a selling platform that is similar to gambling. If you follow through, you will make a great deal on many items, more likely the more expensive items. Bids cost a dollar and prices go up by pennys. Be aware of how much the item is worth first and then make a good decision to bid. If you are bidding on a 100 dollar gift card, dont bid more than a 100 times for the item. 100 bids is equal to a 1.00 price displayed. So if an item says its going for 12.17, over 1200 bids have been placed by people on that item. 1,217 bids means beezid has made 1,217 dollars off the item.
Thats a very high profit model making the creators geniuses. A lot of people lose cuz they dont understand the model. Remember to think a first bid thoroughly before preceeding and if you are bidding on something, you should be willing to go all the way. Again, dont compare bid price to actual price, its the number of bids to be placed and be sure to wait until the final moments of an item before bidding. Its like an auction where if someone places a bid, the time goes up a bit as it continuously counts down.

on IYM's MIND: Slow Right Turn

The light turned green. The car in front took so long to turn, by the time it finished turning, light switched to red again.

And, now the joke,
Sitting on the side of the highway waiting to catch speeding drivers, a State Police Officer sees a car puttering along at 22 MPH....

He thinks to himself, "This driver is just as dangerous as a speeder!" So he turns on his lights and pulls the driver over.
Approaching the car, he notices that there are five old ladies -- two in the front seat and three in the back - eyes wide and white as ghosts.

The driver, obviously confused, says to him, "Officer, I don't understand, I was doing exactly the speed limit! What seems to be the problem?"

"Ma'am," the officer replies, "You weren't speeding, but you should know that driving slower than the speed limit can also be a danger to other drivers."

"Slower than the speed limit?" she asked. No sir, I was doing the speed limit exactly... Twenty-Two miles an hour!" the old woman says a bit proudly. The State Police officer, trying to contain a chuckle explains to her that "22" was the route number, not the speed limit. A bit embarrassed, the woman grinned and thanked the officer for pointing out her error.

"But before I let you go, Ma'am, I have to ask... Is everyone in this car ok? These women seem awfully shaken and they haven't muttered a single peep this whole time." the officer asks.

"Oh, they'll be alright in a minute officer. We just got off Route 119."

on IYM's MIND: Court

Small Claims Court
The business of small-claims courts typically encompasses small private disputes in which large amounts of money are not at stake, usually a maximum of $5,000 in most U.S. states. The routine collection of small debts forms a large portion of the cases brought to small-claims courts, as well as evictions and other disputes between landlords and tenants, unless the jurisdiction is already covered by a tenancy board.

Just in case, some terminology:
Guilty - I made a mistake, here’s my money, raise my insurance.
Guilty with an explanation - I made a mistake, but let me tell you why, before I give you my money, and you raise my insurance.
NoloContendere - It’s the Latin translation for “No Contest”. All right I’m guilty, but I just don’t want to tell you. Here’s my money, raise my insurance.
NOT Guilty - Does not necessarily mean that you did not commit the crime. All it means is that the prosecutor now has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you did commit the crime.

on IYM's MIND: Colt 45

Colt 45 was named after running back #45 Jerry Hill of the 1963 Baltimore Colts and not the gun.

The label was designed with a kicking horse and horseshoe, a subtle reference to its "extra kick" compared to competing brands.

The product's slogan during that era, as stated by Billy Dee Williams in his television commercials, was, "It works every time."
